1900 was the year this restaurant was built, hence the name. Now headed up by celebrity chef Albert Adrià, its sustainable culinary offering is based entirely on seasonal produce, with menus elaborated each day with fresh produce from the market. Adrià remains true to his personal style of cooking, and his 110 m2 restaurant is a modern take on the traditional Spanish/ Catalan family bar, with cured ham hanging from the ceiling and a menu full of family favourites.
